  • See my comments below. AT&T had the same problem when they dreamed up their 'Friends & Families' promotion nearly 10 years ago. So many people signed up that AT&T customers suffered dropped calls, poor call quality, inability to complete a call, etc.

  • after being saddended by this article, i contacted the foster / rescue group from which I adopted my 2 cats in January 2009 and to whom I donate $$ on a regular basis. They said they are seeing the same thing.
